Hi,
The following product regularly (typically every three weeks) ask me for the activation code and e-mail address again, as though the 30 day trial has just finished, normally accepts when re-entered and starts working again. Currently I am locked out saying there was an “error to validate the activation code, try later”, which I have done 5 times on different days. I have a paid up license. Help
