smartware version 2.2.1 no longer brings up my network drive wd mybook live as a backup option only external drives connected to the laptop directly
Hello, try uninstalling Smartware and then do a clean installation of the latest version. Also check if you have any firewalls enabled on the PC or the router that might be blocking Smartware.
