Sorry for my bad english. I have bought My Passport Essential 320GB Black, formated it from fat to ntfs and wanted to install SmartWare, i have downloaded new SmartWare from WD website.
The file was WDSmartWare_PP4R2_1_4_1_2
Unpacked it and ive got
1.WDSmartWare_ISO_PP4R2_1_4_1_2
2.WDSmartWare_Mac_Disk_Image_PP4R2_1_4_1_2.dmg
3.WDSmartWare_Mac_Disk_Image_PP4R2_1_4_1_2
4.WDSmartWare_Windows_Disk_Image_PP4R2_1_4_1_2
Then i followed the instruction from the website

5419 I have unpacked the files from WDSmartWAre_Windows_Disk_Image and copied it to my Passport drive like the instructions says and launched the WD Smartware.exe and it says Application not started from drive, i dont know what to do now.. |
