help me urgent! I did not have the SmartWare software installed, I access my passport and gave not open message write protect. Searching on site discovered that he created password yourself. Now SmartWare installed and keeps asking for the password.
WD SmartWare has suddenly become locked without first creating a password for the drive. I know it said to contact WD, but their contact form repeatedly gives me errors. Does anyone know how to unlock or even just retrieve the lost data please?
