WD SmartWare has suddenly become locked

Hi,

Please help. WD SmartWare has suddenly become locked without first creating a password for the drive. I know it said to contact WD, but their contact form repeatedly gives me errors. Does anyone know how to unlock or even just retrieve the lost data please?

Try using on a different computer or with a different user account like the Guest Account.

You can try reinstalling Smartware.
