WD Smartware Crashes

Hey guys,

I’ve had this problem ever since I bought my WD My Book Studio for my mac. I’ve installed SmartWare from the virtual CD and tried to launch it… crash… Uninstalled and installed from a sofware download off of WD’s support page… Crash… does anyone had this problem. I cant do anything with my Drive because the software never opens. Thanks ,

Another Thing that you Could try is Updating the Drive’s firmware and Try to install the Software once more

Try to format the unit if Possible …

in Case it doesn’t Work then use ‘‘TIME MACHINE’’ or Drag & Drop ( SIMPLE )…
