so im having this issue were my WD is not allowing me to install the SmartWare app or the WD +TURBO. i dont even know what the TURBO does, but i tried that as well to see if it would work, and it doesnt. it says im missing 2 drivers in my system/library/extension. and when i try to install the SmartWare i type in my password for authentication and what not and then it gets to 9 seconds download and dissapears. PLEASE HELP!
