New software is installed on 2 notebooks. Both with Windows 7. Drive is My Book Essential 3TB.
I have allready removed WD Smartware 2.0.1 with Windows Uninstall and installed the software again…
Both after uninstall and new Install I have restarted the notebooks with the WD drive disconnected. Message is still the same.
WD Smartware Backup is working fine.
