Hi there! Im Arjay Bernardo from middle east and now on vacation in the Philippines. I got this WD product 3 days back before vacation and now that im in my hometown i accidentally drop my harddrive just a feet up from the ground. Now its not working, it is readable by the pc but only the USB symbol on the right down corner of the screen but when i take a look on the "my computer " window, i cannot see the device. how can i suppose to retrieve my files, because they are so important to me.
