Hey guys

I bought WD passport SE few weeks ago, that time I had windows on me. Now I am using Mac and I am not able to use smart ware feature of WD on my mac. I have installed the software already but I am stuck and not being able to use the smart ware feature on my mac. Can anyone suggest me how can I proceed to use those features?

You need to backup the data and reformat the drive to use with Mac

the drive is formatted NTFS and that will not work to write files on Mac

Follow the steps on the link bellow, uninstall and reinstall the software
