This problem started to happen randomly one day: I connected MyPassport, and I get the message
“One of the USB devices attatched to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it”.
It tells me to click the message for more info, It is listed as “unknown device”. Then I click itl, and finally it says no drivers are uninstalled. I try to get it to install drivers, but, windows update or not, it doesn’t find any drivers. I went through windows troubleshooter: no luck Reconnect the device: no luck.
Any help is appreciated, and thank you in advance. I await your answers.
And I don’t have additional cords, and I have tried straightening out the cord. I know it has nothing to do with power. It doesn’t work on any computer whatsoever.
