I was using my passport earlier today running analysis on some video files located on it. Out of nowhere the program froze and I had to do a hard restart on my computer.
Booted up and now it won’t show up in my computer as a storage device.
Basically, my computer is recognizing that it is there and that it is a storage device. However, it won’t show up to be opened.
Ran the WD diagnostics and it passed all tests.
