WD My Passport Ultra - Access denied

WD External and Portable SSD External SSD for Windows

Already tried anything to gain access in my WD My Passport Ultra. I can access it before but now in windows 10 I’m having “you need permission to perform this action” and the Destination folder access was denied.

Already added and change the owner and permissions. I also tried it using safe mode but still having same issue.
