My Passport Access Denied Win 10 - cannot access any files

Hi,
On Win10 64bit. I have a 1TB My Passport that I’ve been using to move media files around. When I use it on another computer it gives following error and I cannot access it at all.

Location is not available
E:\ is not accessible.
Access is denied.

I have tried changing permissions and ownership but it says “You do not have read permissions and you cannot change ownership.”
Any suggestions?

On that computer you’re trying to take ownership on, are you an admin?
