Did you make a backup plan? Nothing happens until you do. As for not recognized, I’ve had that happen, but WD Backup still worked.

Thank you for your response. I did it. I set up backup plan. There is no problem with regular backup.

But I cant use social media backup and other additional wd discovery software options.
