WD My Passport 2TB shows up as local disk

I just bought this hard drive. At first, It showed up as My Passport. Then I installed free anti virus from Tech Titan. When it was finished, I wanted to safely remove it but it couldn’t. It was said that there’s a program still opened for the drive. But I couldn’t find any program that still ran so I unplugged it anyway.

When I tried to connect it again, it showed up as local disk and I can’t change the name. It still works by the way. I have run quick check with diagnostic tool and it said ok. So how can I fix this?

Have you tested the device on a different computer? Sometimes anti virus software and computer diagnostic software can cause this, so that is something you can check on your computer.

I have tested it on my PC but it’s still the same. Probably It is because Tech Titan Antivirus I installed before. I will try to uninstall it and let’s see.
