WD my book duo mybackup taking more than 12 hours?

Hi all, I have a Windows 10 computer with about 200GB of data to backup. I’ve partitioned my 12TB WD My Book Duo to a 1 TB Mac OS journaled and 5 TB exfat, and all 6TB RAID1 duplicated.

I’m using WD mybackup to backup my 200GB with a USB-C connector and it is taking more than 12 hours but it is slowly chugging along. Why is this so slow and how can I make this faster???
