I have had a My Book Duo 20Tb for the past year or so and it has worked without problems.
I have just bought a new PC and transferred everything over.
I have tried setting the backup several times, Either I click Backup Now and nothing happens or, if I reboot the PC it will start the backup but stop around 5% of the way through (40.86Gb of 680.97Gb).
Before setting it up again I deleted everything from the drive using the WD utilities.
Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?
