I cannot get my windows computer or WD utilities or security software to recongize my brand new Ultra Passport as a WD drive. Have been working on it for awhile. It backs up my data but I cant see the security tab to set a passort or encrypt it. Any ideas, I’ve about run out of them. Thanks

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software? Or how about on another computer to see it the software sees the drive?
