Following these instructions: Error I attempted to format WD Elements 4TB for MAC desktop running High Sierra. Clicked ‘erase’ and after a few minutes it said ‘erase failed’. Suggestions on what to do next and ideas on what went wrong. I am not a techie. Thank you.
