Hello,
I have the following problem with my external hard drive. It is a model ‘My Passport Essential SE 750 GB USB 2.0/3.0’.

Model: WDBACX7500ABK-00
Always it has worked correctly, but from yesterday when I connect it to a PC or Laptop pops a message “WD BAD PCB USB Device” and “WD Ses USB Device”, then request install the driver, but it doen’t recognition the Driver. (II have instaled the last ‘WD SmartWare 1.6.2 and WD Ses Driver’)
When I go to Windows Storage Disk Management, the device doesn’t appear.
I have used the Victoria Software and the Device been showed and the follow information:
