After installing a new My Passport, 2TB drive on my Windows 10 computer I cannot get WD Backup to open. All associated applications for the drive installed OK except the backup app. I have uninstalled the app, downloaded a current version from the WD website several times without success. The apps files seem to load OK but when I click on an icon nothing happens. I’ve followed Answer ID 15142 instructions and no problems were detected. I unistalled the WD backup using Microsoft Fix It tool but no success. I’m trying to stay with WD drives but my patience is almost run out. Can anyone help?

Thanks James. I had been working with WD Support and they finally sent me instructions and a link to install Discovery version 2.1.378 which resolved the problem.
