WD Backup doesn't open the window

I have a notebook HP Pavilion, windows 10. I used My passport Ultra by two years and now WD Backup doesn’t open the window for start the backup. I can see the disk and the files but I cant start the backup. The last software version is installed. Thanks for your help.

Maybe you should try to uninstall and install the WD Backup again.
