The volume control on my Fuse seems to be stuck. When I scroll to increase or decrease the volume nothing happens. I have attempted to reset the unit by holding down the buttons for 20 seconds or more and nothing happens. I have tried turning off the unit, then turning it back on and nothing happens. Any suggestions?
If it’s still under warranty, contact SanDisk about a replacement.
