I got a problem, running my wd passport 500 Go.
When I plug my hard disk to my computer, everything is ok. But the software to set and type my password don’t want to start. It says something like : “Unexpected error caused the closure of the software”
I don’t know how to solve it !
Can sbd help me ? =/
(I’m on a friend’s computer, I don’t have problem with mine… But I want to give him some documents… Help please =x)
