Hi,
I am using Sandisk connect wireless stick model number: SDWS4.
I am using with my iphone 12pro Max.
when i connect with flash drive the video file format is MP4 i can hear audio only not showing any video.
i reinstall sandisk connect app but same result video not showing.
When i open app i any video file name also not showing.Picture attached
solution required from experts.
