I need to scan from my printer/scanner directly to a hard drive. When I plug my WD hard drive into the scanner it won’t recognize it. Is there some way to configure my WD hard drive so my scanner will recognize it and save to it?
@valerysukin Check the printer user manual and find out what file system and capacities are supported. Some printers may be limited to certain file systems and may not recognize the drive if the capacity is higher than what the printer can support.
