For some reason my USB on my laptop stop reading my WD External Drive. How do I get this back on track? I have movies, and my music and other data saved on this external drive. Please help!

You can do basic troubleshooting.
Check with a different cable, different computer, plug the power adapter directly to the wall outlet
Are you able to see the drive on disk management?
How to access disk management
Is the drive spinning up? Can you fell it vibrating?
