thats the message i get in a balloon message when i connect the player. it says the device has malfunctioned. this is a brand new player. any thoughts?
What appears on the player’s screen when you connect it to your PC? Have you looked for the player in My Computer and Device Manager? What OS are you running on your PC?
I am also having this problem…did you find out how to fix it?
It says USB connected MTP. I looked on My Computer and it is not there…on the Device Manager it says device cannot start - code 10
