Minus’s> Unit too small/No volume info on paper Instructions,Which Button? Need LOWER Volume Control settings/the lowest setting isn’t Low Enough for Ears!!/Needs Stronger Antenna for FM !/Doesn’t Seem to Charge up as Smooth as My Camera for my USB.//Yes I had the same problems with Charging as with Some. But I set all settings to Low or Off while charging and maybe my USB Port was slow.//Didn’t Fill Up Battery Icon 3/4 only.) Charge on and off 2 days ,still only 3/4 full ,so I tried My Camera USB Charger , And that Did the Trick ,about 2hrs on . and FuLL Charge Now ! /Wish Whole Unit was Ice Blue ! Not Just the Face …/Had to look online to See Owner’s Manuel One not given, but maybe save Paper also …+/-

They should put a piece of paper in the box saying that the manual should be downloaded, and giving the specific address for it. As for it being too small, I would prefer a player around halfway between the Clip+ and Fuze in size that has a built in Clip, a display that is larger than on the Clip+ but smaller than on the Fuze, and battery life that is at least 24 hours(35+ hours would be better though), and a scroll wheel. Imo this could probably be accomplished if the display is made to be a basic alphanumeric one, with photo and video being eliminated from the player. I would prefer a basic low power display like on a digital watch that is on all the time while the player is on, and a dedicated backlight button that has a backlight on only while it is pressed.

I have installed the drivers and software needed to my Win Media Player /no probs -Very easy…
I call it plug and Play Software/drivers they go where they should go -plug in USB then Clip + and wait ,follow steps EaSY !
Now it’s Time to Download Safe Free (hahaha) Mp3 Files >> Well after looking at about less than 12-15 sites ,
I have realized there is NO Free Sites avail…first they want your E-mail Address then they want your name Address etc. then…
The Next page they Want your Credit Card number and want to bill you by the year/s hahahah all while saying each page FREE !/14 day Free Trial then Bill you full —Free ?
So I’m asking You Fellow Clip +Viewers >>> IS THERE ANY SAFE FREE MP3 DOWNLOADING WEB SITES OUT THERE WITHOUT ALL THE RUN AROUND ???

Let’s Just say Since Sept of 2009 till about a Month ago ,My Sansa Clip + 4GB worked Great till …
I Ripped off Songs off my CD’s only!!..no downloading from the Web at all…So no probs from the Web…Clean…!!!..
Well I put About 231 Songs on My Clip and…Then one day it just locked up and froze … I tried pushing all the buttons …charging it and de charging and then Charge Full …But no luck froze on screen with or with out power…
So good Thing I brought the $10 Warrantee from BB … Showed them my Receipt and They just Replaced it With a New One…Easy.!!!
Reloaded all my Songs from My Windows Media Playerand added a New CD— Zac Brown Band
-Song -Toes and Chicken Fried Great songs…
.and listen to it over and over again …VERY Happy Again…Enjoy !!!

The Refurbers will be Estatic to hear this … They’ll get another One … and Another opportunity to sell another Problematic Player … To yet another Unsuspecting Customer.
