Having a bear of a time trying to upload ANYTHING to c200. From WMP tried to drag and drop and get “Failed to add the file_____. File format is not supported.” Computer recognizes the device, device is charged and says “connected”. Tried it with device attached, unattached, etc., etc. Simply cannot upload to device.

What version of WMP are you using? You’re certain your files are stored in mp3 format (or .wma)? Right click on your music files and double check the file properties.
