I have windows 7 pro. I installed a flash drive 64gb. Device was recognized and drivers installed. When I click on computer, the flash drive shows in the list.
However, when I attempt to use back up feature, it indicates that locaction is disconnected and the backup now button is greyed out; I can save documents to the flash drive.
Please advise.
