I bought a Scandisk Cruzer Connect flash driver and my computer (Windows 7,00 does not recognize it. What can I do?
- Try a different USB port.
- Try a different computer (to confirm the problem lies with the drive and not the 1st computer).
- Return to dealer or contact SanDisk for a warranty replacement.

There are some other programs that can cause your issue. You should probably check to make sure you don’t have Kies or any of the others running before returning the flash drive.
