When I try to schedule a back up and click on passport Ultra I get an error message " No writable partition Found".
When I check disk management it says usable. Help.
I’m having the same problem with mine. It’s also a My Passport Ultra. I wanted to use two different My Passport’s to backup my PC with XP operating system. The 1st My Passport works fine, the 2nd one gives me that same error message.
