I purchased a My Passport Ultra 2tb today and so far it has been an exercise in frustration. I am trying to get the passport to see a drive on a windows 7 pro and have been failing miserably. I have tried every fix from installing the WD software to rebooting, changing USB ports - nothing, all I get is “no readable partition found”
Before the device gets returned, any advice?
Did you check In Disk Management and see if the drive is shown there and has a drive letter assigned?
