Hello, I’ve just purchased this UBS flip connector for my Samsung Galaxy s20 and it doesn’t recognize my phone and I’m not able to move my photos or videos. Clearly when purchasing this product from Amazon it’s states for Samsung Galaxy but it’s definitely doesn’t work returning for a full refund. Please consider my time wasted on waiting fir it to arrive and then trying fir two days to get itto connect. Please SanDisk fix your product.
The drive should work with most modern Samsung devices. Make sure your phone is set to File Transfer (MTP) mode when the drive is connected.
