dual usb 32gig not recognized by Galaxy s4

Hi

I plug my dual usb drive into my telephone and it seems to be recognized, but I immediatly see a message that the drive has been unmounted and it can be removed, if I try and remount the drive it does not work. In windows I can see the drive and it works.

Please can you help

Dear member of SanDisk Community, welcome.

In windows I can see the drive and it works. ]

Then please, take a look at:

Luck, and then you tell us, what happened, please.

I have looked at the post you mentioned and it did not help. What else can the problem be?

do you have a case on the phone? it may be preventing a good connection.

As I said I have tried everything mentioned in the post. If i navigate to storage i see that the drive is listed but it is not mounted, trying to mount it does not work.

Thanks for the quick responses.

Have you checked the phone manufacturer’s forum for similar problems?
