I have been using ixpand for many years. Especially when I go on a trip, I copy movies with subtitles to watch on the plane and I used to play them with the topreel application without any problems. It was a top service. I had to change the device, since my old one broke and I found out that topreel no longer works with the new one. The memory zone application does not recognize the subtitles or the .avi or .mkv formats. How is it possible that something that worked perfectly now stops working and does nothing? It is incredible!!
