Can anyone help me. I have installed the app onto my iPad and downloaded 4 movies to my Sandisk, all works fine and when connected I can see the movies however when I select a movie to play it looks like it is loading the movie but it just hangs and nothing plays?
It it plays the preloaded video by Sandisk
any advice.
what is the source of the videos? Do you know what codec and file type the videos are?
Try using different codecs. Sometime codes are the problem, if it still doesn’t work then try out downloading the movies from different sites.
