When streaming a movie from the connect stick to my iPhone or iPad, the movie stops after 5 to 10 minutes and the app shuts down by itself. I’ve tried different channels but nothing seems to work.
If the app is crashing contact sandisk support and submit a debug log. That should help them debug the issue. Make sure you open a support request with sandisk support before sending the logs using the instructions below. When you send the logs to sandisk support include your incident number in the email
to get the debug log go to
Settings > About
At the bottom select Start capturing logs. Then go and play a movie and wait for the crash to occur. Once the crash occurs reopen the connect drive app go back to settings > about and at the bottom select send logs. Include your incident number in the email with the logs. Once you have sent the logs you can select stop capturing logs.
