SSD X100 SD5SB2-128G-1010E Does not respond

Hello!

I have a Sandisk X100 ssd in my computer.

FW: 10.01.10 HW: C

And it does not respond.

I have it now outside of my computer, put it into a external case.

Windows shows the ssd up, but it is not accessible. (Error Message: Datenfehler (CRC-Prüfung))

SSD-Toolkit reads the disk, everything okay there also smart data, but the drive is not working.

Is there a way to reset or reflash the device?

Or anything else?
