How can I show the files also on my windows PC?
And on my TV?
It’s probably a format issue. Most TV stuff uses FAT32 which is usable on both Mac and Windows. The down side is the max file size is 4 gig.

But how do I get it to work on both PCs?
First find out what format your TV requires. You will probably have to move files off the drive and reformat it then move them back. Make sure these aren’t the only copies you have.
