Hey guys
so im having an issue with a serial number
here is a little bit of backstory, took place in november
this drive has been connected to an xbox one since purchase
I sent a drive off for replacement as it was no longer detected by anything around mid november,
i received a replacement and that one failed in just under a week, same again no longer detected but powering up
so again i had to start another RMA, i received the replacement promptly on the 23/11/17 and it has been working fine ever since but for some reason i cannot register the serial number
i should had just over 2 years warranty remaining from the initial drive
Im not sure if i need to post the model and serial but here they are, if not can a mod redact them
