I just purchased a 2TB My Passport Ultra from Amazon.com, and the registration page refuses to register my serial number.
Is this normal? Did I buy a product that does not come with a warranty?

I recently also bought one from Amazon and it did seem to register on line - I didn’t do via the software. Sorry can’t help why yours didn’t. Kind regards, Belle
