Model number WDBBKD0020BBK. I just purchased this external drive and was trying to register it on WD site. It won’t except my S/N. So I figure I must not be reading the very small numbers/letters right. It looks to me like [deleted-privacy]. Can someone tell me the combination of the serial number. Like where the letters are and the numbers are? Thanks
You can use WD Drive Utilities to automatically register your hard drive. It will also display your unit’s Serial Number on-screen.
