WDBPCK5000ABK-EESN RMA failing

My drive is not working anymore, it doesn’t do a thing and sometimes freezes my pc.

I just checked my warranty:

IN WARRANTY

Expires 9/1/2015 - 322 days left.

When I bought the drive (from Media Markt) I forgot to register :cry:. I am now trying to register and receiving this:

“Thank you for registering your product(s), 0 product(s) were registered out of 1. The following asset(s) failed to register: because it’s either an OEM product or the warranty has been voided. For further assistance, please contact the WD support team.”

What do I do? How do I register this product for it to be replaced?
