So my device stopped working some time ago and I created an RMA for it in January. Unfortunately, there were some personal events that put that off my mind. I contacted WD support and was told that the RMA will remain functional for some days and then it’ll automatically be discarded. Since I was not in position to go through with it, I chose to let the RMA be cancelled. Now, I am unable to register my HDD (even though on the warranty page it still shows that it is in warranty) and the previous RMA shows status as Submitted. Please help me with this as I would like to create a new RMA and return my HDD for a new one.
