One of my Extreme Pro USB 3.1 128G (made in China) Flash Drives has suddenly stopped showing the serial number in online software. The VID and PID are showing the numbers. Is this commonplace, been seen before or ? Bought from WD/SD factory store couple or 3 years ago.
