Secureaccess ignores vault and wants to create new one

I have a new Sandisk USB flash drive with Secureaccess software on it. I created a vault on my mac and it works fine. However, when I try to use the secureaccess.exe  program, on the USB drive, on a windoz pc the app keeps wanting to create a new vault rather than opening my one and only vault. Why is this happening? I thought the secureaccess software was supposed to

recognize your vault so it would be accessible on any machine? Thanks anyone for advice or help.

Hello,

maybe there are different versions of the software and so in that case the secure access wants to create another vault. Please make sure to download at the same time both versions of the secure access to ensure that you are using the latest version of the software.

That’s right, I think the old one created is for a MAC.
