Please need assistance with my ScanDisk 64Gig dual drive.
It was working perfectly, until last week. I needed to format it, format the usb and now the photcopier is not picking it up when plugging it in the onboard usb port on the machine. I normaly scan in documents to my usb, now after formating the usb the photcopiers sharp and the other one minolta do not want to pick it up. No problem at the machines, other usb working fine on it. What might have happened to the usb when informated it and can i possibly fix it. Just to menstion the usb in question is working fine on pc, tablet en other devices only not picked up in photocopier machine. Please assit. Thank you
